Let's Cook: Spicy Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

• Canned WHOLE Cranberry Sauce - 15oz. Can
• Large Granny Smith Apples - 2 each
• Light Brown Sugar - 2 Tbls.
• Prepared Horseradish - ¼ cup
• Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 Tbls.
• Salt and Pepper - To taste

Method of Preparation:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, sugar, horseradish vinegar, salt & pepper. Peel apples and grate them with the large holed grater. Immediately fold grated apples into the cranberry mixture before they oxidize and turn brown. Insure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Refrigerate well before serving.

Chefs Tip

Add the zest from one orange for a twist of citrus flavor.
