Carolinas Healthcare System sues Wachovia

CHARLOTTE -- Carolinas Healthcare System has filed suit against Wachovia over securities investments the bank made on behalf of the hospital group.
CHS is alleging breach of contract along with violations of the North Carolina Securities Act.
The lawsuit was filed in superior court last month.
