Juvenile sought after escaping during home visit

CHARLOTTE – North Carolina authorities are looking for a juvenile who they say escaped during a home visit in Iredell County.
Officials say William J. was in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. He has been staying at the Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center in Concord, and was last seen in Statesville on a home visit.
Authorities are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call their local law enforcement agency.
