The Cumberland County Health Department said children at the Highland Learning Center at Highland Presbyterian Church are being tested, but there are no suspect cases.

Three children are being tested at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center to rule out TB, although health officials said they do not have symptoms of tuberculosis.

According to officials at the medical center, the children have general fever and cough symptoms. They have been isolated in negative pressure rooms to prevent the spread of the infection.

Test results are expected Friday.
