Dail spent 18 years behind bars for a rape that DNA evidence later proved he did not commit.

Lorraine Michaels was suing Dail for back child support, saying she wanted a portion of the $360,000 the state is due to give Dail for being wrongly imprisoned.

A statement was released saying both parties agreed to end the lawsuit because it is in the best interest of their child, who is now 18-years old.
