WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- A lot goes into creating a fairytale wedding says Gail Galloway, publisher of "The Perfect Wedding Guide."

But planning one can be a nightmare. Thankfully, Triad brides-to-be will get a helping hand this weekend at the Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show.

"You're going to find caterers, reception sites, we're going to have formalwear there, bridal consultants, florals. It's going to be a great afternoon for the brides and their guests," said Galloway. "They can see colors, they can taste cakes, they can taste all different types of cakes. All the products and services you're going to need and see for your wedding, you're going to find under one roof."

Galloway said there will be 66 vendors with helpful tips and the hottest wedding trends.

“It's just a great opportunity to sample it and to do it in one day," she continued. "And look how much time and energy it's going to save you and your fiance."

But before you go, Cheryl Collins, General Manager of LINK='http://www.brennansbridal.com/'>Brennan’s Bridal n Winston-Salem, warns you to do your homework.

"When they come to this weekend's show, they should have thought about what kind of wedding they want," Collins explained. "Is it going to be a destination wedding or is it going to be a traditional wedding? And they need to think about how many people they are going to have, possibly, if they can narrow that down."

Collins says the biggest mistakes she sees women make is, "You really cannot judge a gown by it being on a hanger. You really have to try it on."

Perhaps the best advice of all is, "This is something she has to look back on for the rest of her life in her photos," Collins added. "It's her memories. So she really has to focus in on what she wants."

So you get the perfect ending to your picture perfect day.
