CHARLOTTE – Record snowfall along the mid-Atlantic coast is snarling air travel in other regions across the U.S.
That spawned a domino effect at Charlotte-Douglas International, Wilmington International, Piedmont Triad International and Raleigh-Durham International, where flights were canceled or delayed.
That forced many travelers to spend the night in airport terminals.
