Odell Beasley
GASTONIA, N.C. -- The owner of a Gaston County cemetery where exposed human remains were found last month is expected to appear in court Wednesday.

The bones were found scattered at eight different sites at Beasley's Memorial Gardens by someone visiting a grave.

Last month, Odell Beasley was charged with aiding and abetting the defacing of a grave. Ernest Stowe was also charged with felony defacing a grave.

All of the remains have been located and secured by county police pending proper re-interment.
