The bodies were found in this location Friday evening.

Dispatchers at 911 initially got the call of a traffic accident just before 9:30 p.m. When they arrived at the scene on Regan Road, they found the two victims inside a 1989 Cutlass Oldsmobile. Investigators said they two had been shot.

The victims are identified as 21-year old Latisha Lambert of Denton and 22-year old Christopher Shinn of Randolph County. There is no word yet on a possible motive. Sheriff’s said they are following several leads and have a person of interest in the incident.
