Body found in North Raleigh identified

RALEIGH – Police have positively identified a body found in Crabtree Creek Wednesday as that of 26-year-old Homero Zuluga-Patricio.
They have ruled the case a homicide.
Raleigh Police recovered the body Wednesday off North Hills Drive near Lead Mine Road.
