CHARLOTTE -- The Better Business Bureau has issued a warning about scams related to the H1N1 flu treatment.

Scammers have been sending out e-mails offering drugs to treat H1N1 as well as survival kits for the pandemic. The BBB says none of these products have been tested or proven to work.

According to the Food and Drug Administration, some of the products even contain ingredients that could be harmful to your health. Any medicines you receive, officials say, should come from your doctor.

The BBB also advises not even opening flu-related e-mails because they could contain spy ware to help the sender steal your personal information.
